Sedona West and Sedona Real Estate Second Quarter 2015

Sales in Sedona West over the last 12 month period have continued to remain steady. The median sales price for the last 12 months came in at $375,000 with little change over the last 2.5 years since the dramatic increase in 2013 over 2012. A very bright side is that none of the sales were distressed sales, as we have seen in the last several years. This fact is similar to the rest of Sedona and the Verde Valley as foreclosures and short sales are not having an impact on the market.
